Network Steering Group

The Network Steering Group (NSG) is the principal decision-making body of ERA-NET ROAD. The NSG comprise members of the Executive Board (EB) and senior representatives from the contracting partners. The Chair of the NSG is the Coordinator who makes all necessary practical and logistical arrangements for hosting the meeting, preparing the agenda and taking the minutes.

The NSG meets twice a year to make all the key decisions and to review reports on the activities carried out during the previous six months, discuss policy issues, approve deliverables and agree the objectives for the coming six months. The meetings also approve the activity plan and budget for the coming six months. The activity-plan contains a detailed work plan for the coming eighteen months and includes information on each work package.
