The Executive Board (EB) consists of the Coordinator, and the Work Package Leaders. The EB is responsible for the operational management of ERA-NET ROAD:
- It ensures the effective integration of the work packages.
- It is responsible for any decisions required between NSG meetings.
- It monitors the overall progress of the work packages against objectives and timescales.
- It provides liaison between ERA-NET ROAD and stakeholders such as members of CEDR, industry and national governments, and establish any contacts required.
The EB will hold four meetings per year and will manage the day-to-day operation of ERA-NET ROAD. It comprises management representatives of the National Road Administrations and is responsible for any decisions required between NSG meetings.
